Project Swabhiman serves as the flagship women's empowerment initiative of Janseva Pratishthan Foundation. We believe that empowering a woman transforms entire generations. Through vocational tailoring, micro-entrepreneurship incubation, menstrual hygiene education, and rights awareness, we dismantle structural barriers and help women achieve self-reliance.

Under the stewardship of Founder Shabbir Shaikh, this initiative operates with uncompromised transparency. Every rupee contributed directly supports beneficiaries on the ground without bureaucratic overheads.
