Nasha Mukti Abhiyan: Foundation launches state-wide youth anti-drug awareness campaign
Combating the rising menace of synthetic substance abuse among school and college students, the Janseva Pratishthan Foundation has rolled out its comprehensive youth rehabilitation and vigilance initiative titled "Nasha Mukti Abhiyan".
Mobilizing Youth Through Sports and Mentorship
Substance abuse is rarely just a medical issue; it stems from lack of opportunity, emotional disenfranchisement, and neighborhood vulnerability. Janseva Pratishthan Foundation has coupled psychiatric guidance with energetic sports leagues, martial arts training, and community football clubs to redirect teenage energy toward wholesome goals.
Grassroots Street Theatres & Confidential Helpline
Over the past month, our volunteer drama troupes have conducted 24 street plays across bus stations, college gates, and informal settlements, demystifying the stigma around addiction and offering families access to free de-addiction consultation without social embarrassment.
Civic Alliances and Family Re-integration
Working closely with local medical practitioners and municipal counseling centers, recovered participants are inducted into skill training programs so that their reintegration into family livelihoods is dignified and financially secure.
“A nation cannot prosper if its youth are trapped in despair and addiction. We are not here to judge; we are here to hold their hand, restore their dignity, and show them that their lives have immeasurable purpose.”
